Michael Ward’s Britain

Acclaimed British photographer Michael Ward had an uncanny eye for news and social commentary. His work captured the mood of Britain from the 1950s to the 1980s.

This exhibition features over 40 of Ward’s most famous photographs, with subjects including actors, writers, painters and politicians as well as rarely seen pictures of The Beatles, Rolling Stones and Queen Elizabeth.

off the line

It was our pleasure to host, ‘Off The Line,’ featuring photographic works by students and collaborators of Alternatives, a Chicago not-for-profit youth center based in Uptown.  This was the first time that these budding, urban youth had been given a chance to show their works in a gallery setting, and proceeds from this show directly funded their after-school creative programs.
